The natural, porous clay granules are designed to retain water, releasing it to the plant’s roots exactly when needed, while also allowing air to permeate the roots – thus providing the optimal growing conditions for your plant. While the granules are suitable for all types of green and flowering plants, the Mars Plantcare research team, along with plant experts and in collaboration with horticultural institutes, have also developed a unique and special formula for the more delicate and exotic orchid plant.

The Seramis plant food range is designed specifically to work in harmony with the clay granules, and our moisture indicators are a simple and effective way to indicate when you need to re-water your plants.  Frequency of watering is dramatically reduced due to the incredible ability of the clay granules to store water in their pores.
